The folks at Downtown Family Dental always greet me sweetly and treat me like a friend. I went in recently for a cleaning and was taken right in with no wait at all. My hygenist, Tina, was professional. She told me everything she was doing, updated my electronic file, and made suggestions for me. Dr. Ganshert came in to do a check during my visit too. I love dealing with these folks. They are professional, friendly, and fair.
Thank you to the entire staff at Downtown Family Dental. Thanks, Dr. Ganshert and Deb for your awesome care! I wish I would have found you guys years and years ago. My fear for the dentist is no longer present since I have found you!!!! Thank you!

Just completed my 6 month check-up, and as always had an excellent experience with Dr. Bob and hygienist Tina! I also enjoy the excellent customer service provided by Toni and Kim. Probably not too many people say this, but I actually look forward to my visits. I currently live in Madison but still continue the trek to Baraboo because of the Downtown Dental Staff.
You simply do not have to worry about a trip to the Dentist. At Downtown Family Dental I have always been treated with careful comfort, friendliness and total professionalism.

I have been a patient at this office for over 25 years. As always, a great experience. Tina was very professional, informative and did a great job with my cleaning. Dr. Ganshert has a way of explaining things so you don't feel like she is "talking down" to you. I can't imagine being a patient anywhere else. Thank you.
I went to Downtown Family Dental to get multiple cavity fillings on the top and bottom. Dr. Ganshert was incredibly gentle and explained to me each step of what she was doing so I understood the various noises and vibrations of the tools she was using. I've had several other experiences getting fillings at multiple dentists, and this was by far the best and least painful visit I've had.
