Never like to go to the dentist but going to your office is about as good as it gets. You do have a great staff and Amanda does a fantistic job.

Going to the dentist surely is not on the top of my list of things to do. But going to see everybody here at Downtown Family Dental is always a pleasure (as pleasure can be). Dr. Bob Konen has been my primary dentist since 1993 and one of the reasons I keep coming back is because of his sincere care as well as everyone in the office. You are made to feel welcome from the time you come into thru the front door and by every staff member.

Thanks to Kim and Dr. Ganshert, I had a fabulous experience at Downtown Family Dental...3 teeth taken care of with one crown...all done very smoothly and I had no follow up problems...felt like I never had any dental work done the next day, but I know I will enjoy the long-term rewards of the new crown. Thanks Kin & Dr. Ganshert!!!!

As always, everyone is so friendly. I absolutely love that. The appointment was on schedule, and greeted with a smile. They have a new service where they make the cap for teeth in office. The whole procedure is a little time consuming, but well worth the wait! My dental insurance does not cover much at this office, but I continue to patronage Downtown Family Dental. The overall experience leaves me feeling good when I leave there.
