I would have to rate myself as a tough patient, with less than stellar habits, but for my exam and cleaning, I am amazed with how patient and knowledgeable the staff was with me! I would definately recommend them without hesitation to any new patients.
I use to dread going to the dentist until I started going to Downtown family dental. Dr. Konen and Dr. Ganshert always take their time and I feel like they really care and I am not just a number. My kids like going too which is HUGE becasue the dentist is not always a fun place to be. I think the movies and the treasure box help ;). Thanks Downtown Family Dental.
The 4.5 rating only reflects the minor problem that I found during my visit. I wore a light jacket and forgot to leave it in the outer office but was thankful that I am forgetful because the temperature of the examining room made me realize that I would have been very chilly if the jacket was not there. I know that those who are working need temperatures that are comfortable but there must be a 'happy medium'. The dental technician was efficient, pleasant, and informative.
