I haven't been to the dentist in almost a decade. To say that I have a "phobia" of the dentist would be a gross understatement. I have an awful embarassing gag reflex and have NEVER has certain xrays because of this. The wonderful Staff here not only got ALL of my xrays, but they did with care and compasion. I have had to have several crowns installed in my "million dollar" mouth. But never has my experience been so comfortable, education, interesting, QUICK and efficient. We came to this new dental office because we missed our former, fabulous dental hygienist, Deb Douglas greatly! Dr. Ganshert is also fabulous. My husband and I are both delighted with Downtown Family Dental. Each and every individual we had encountered in the office is exceptional!

They take the time to explain and answer all questions before & after any procedure and offer helpful tips on tooth care. You are truly in an environment that promotes a stress free experience.
