Excellent!
I had a very pleasant experience with the Downtown Family Dental Staff. They were all kind and very informative. They make going to the dentist easy, instead of something I would normally dread.
It was an amazing experience! Being someone who is, shall we say dentally challenged and anxious, the staff not only went out of their way to make me comfortable ( they have movies for me to watch... MOVIES!) but also took their time AND furthered their progress more that I could have hoped for. I am shockingly, looking forward to my next visit.
Being in good care, and being able to watch a beguiling and delightful movie made my procedure pass by quickly and easily. I really enjoyed the movie--it made a huge difference. I really appreciated getting a sincere and friendly follow-up call the next day, too!
Everybody was pleasant
Atmosphere was comfortable so you could relax and the staff certainly added to that. They were all very pleasant especially the hygienist and the doctor explaining in detail what you were there for and what would take place step by step. I have been to a few dentists in my time and have no fear of going to the dentist, I thought this was THE most thorough examination I ever received and got great feedback and again a very pleasant experience I recommend this practice to anyone new to Baraboo or looking to change.
The service was fast and friendly. They were thorough and accommodating (I was to see a different dentist who had an emergency patient to handle first). They made sure I was seen because this was sort of a "pre-op" checkup for me due to my surgery being less than a week away. In spite of "fitting me in", they did a complete exam and full x-rays, along with updating my health information. They did not skip any steps that I'm aware of.
As always, everything went well. Everyone in the office is always so friendly.
I am a 50 year old scaredy cat. I HATE PAIN. I was so pleasantly surprised at how comfortable I was. It was the first time I have ever been happy with a drill and fill!!!!
