Very friendly staff that answered all my questions, and explained all the procedures in detail.
Both my husband and I were very satisfied with the dental service we received on Feb 11th. However, I was quoted a fee of $92.00 for my dental cleaning and when my husband came home with the final dental bill the charge was $102.00 which he paid. I would like to get a $10.00 credit toward the dental services my husband and I will receive on March 4th for additional dental work.
Easy to schedule appointments. Professional, caring treatment. I am extremely pleased to be a patient here!
Both Amanda and Cody have gone to great lengths to aleviate any fears or stress associated with dental proccedures. They are comforting,relaxing and profesional. They have actually made my mouth look better and feel better with minimal discomfort. In a word, they rock~!
Once, again, the staff at Downtown Family Dental provided excellent emergency service to my husband who broke a tooth. Thanks, Toni, for making room for him to see Deb for an ititial exam and x-rays, and to Dr. Konen for kindly staying beyond his scheduled appointments to repair/fill the molar and save us another trip into Baraboo. You are the best!!

My team, for yes they are my team, has done an outstanding job of helping me deal with some very difficult anxiety and stress associated with the dentist. The never looked down on me for the poor condition of my teeth, not did they ever reprimand me for not quite following instruction to the letter. In a word they are fabulous! (Sang that) big shout out to Cody and Amanda! With there help I may actually be pretty some day.
The visit was great and fast and trouble free. I would recommemd to anyone.
