Dr. Ganshert makes one feel comfortable about each and every procedure one undertakes as she is informative and responsive to her patient's needs. I do and will continue to recommend her to anyone I can. I appreciate the timeliness of her entire staff.
Dr. Ganshert and her assistant made an excellent team in my recent visit to have a crown installed. I have been going to this clinic for a number of years and have always been pleased with the quality of the work. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.
Called and made an appointment with Family Dental based on reviews I have read in the past. Very pleasant staff. Welcoming foyer, Dr.Ganshert and her assistant were very nice and professional- not the typical "visit at the dentist office" :) Have recommended to all my friends and family!

My visit to Downtown Dental was great. All of my benefits were explained in detail before any work was done so there were no surprises when my visit was over. The dentist made sure that I was comfortable and had no pain. I would recommend Downtown Dental to anyone that is timid about dental work.
It was wonderful to get in for an appointment so quickly. Though I didn't know the dentist. I felt he was thorough and reassuring.The office is always super helpful and friendly.
Both Dr. Konen and Heidi (hygentist) did a very good job with my cleaning and my exam.
