I had not been to the dentist in years. I was embarrassed about letting my teeth get as bad as they did. The staff at Downtown Family Dental made me feel welcomed and not once did I feel like I was being judged by any of them. I am glad that I went to them and I will continue to go to them. Thank you for making going to the dentist a positive experience!
Downtown Family Dental of Baraboo was recommended by family when we moved to the area from Chicago in 2008. We have been very pleased with their care. Staff are friendly and helpful. Technology is top of the line. Prices are very reasonable. Treatment plans are worked out together with the patient so that you know the choices available, the pros and cons of each choice and the cost of each. Appointments are readily available, even in emergency situations.
Everyone does a great job
I've never been a patient there before, and I broke a tooth... They got me in that afternoon. The front office staff, the assistants (Stephanie and Nel) were great about making sure I was comfortable and knew what they were doing every step of the way... And the dentist was honest, sincere, professional and friendly. Very positive experience, and now I've found my dentist!!
