Always professional and I have had a lot of work done in the past and they never treat me like that is a problem-- like the last place we went when they were rude about the fillings. I have weak teeth and they keep them healthy for me :)
They always treat my son with respect and he loves watching the puppy video that shows what he will be doing during the visit and also he likes that he gets to use "Mr. Thirsty" great job everyone!
At Downtown Family Dental the staff are very kind and walk you step by step through your dental treatment. They are there for you, and work with your needs financially.

The people at this office rightfully take pride in their work but more importantly they should take great pride in how they treat their patients.
