My family is new to the area and we are all very pleased with the care we have received at Downtown Family Dental,. The hygienists and dentists are very thorough and really take their time to make our dental experience very pleasant. I never feel like I am being rushed through my appointment like have when I went to a big chain dental clinic.

I am very pleased that Dr. Konen has adopted the process to have a crown procedure done with one visit. Since he purchased the hardware a couple of years ago, I have had 4 teeth prepped, a new crown milled at the office and placed with a single 2 hour appointment for each tooth. The detailing involved is amazing; plus all of the crowns fit and function perfectly. They continue to serve me well. The fourth crown was installed only yesterday morning!

I was raised in the era before patients and providers formed a partnership to approach a patent's care. What a wonderful approach that is taken at Downtown Dental in Baraboo, WI. Every finding,every option was explained to me in terms I could easily understand. Then the staff asked me to select the option that I wanted-- this office provides the best in state-of-the-art care by kind and caring staff members AND involves the patient in all decision making. The care is truly Excellent!

Downtown Family Dental of Baraboo is awesome! I actually enjoy going in for my dental appointments! When you arrive, they are very prompt and get you started right away. The staff is all very friendly, courteous, and professional... They make you feel appreciated. Even my kids liked going there. Once my daughter was grown and moved away, she continued to schedule her appointments at Downtown Family Dental rather than change to somewhere close to where she lived. All of the staff from reception to hygenist to doctor are very nice and informative. Everything is explained to you on what they will be doing and your exam and cleanings are done with gentle care. My family and I have been going here for years and love the work they do for us. If your looking for a dentist for your family, Downtown Family Dental is the place to go!
