I've always been happy with the professional care and service I receive at Down Town Family Dental. Debbie Douglas is the best. You really have a jewel in her. Dr. Bob is also terrific. I also enjoy being welcomed by Tony. Your people make going to the dentist "PAINLESS!"

I've been a patient of Dr. Robert Konen for approximately 32 years and that of his staff. Certainly there have been facility and personnel changes over the years, but the professional / personal care and friendly atmosphere has remained unchanged.

I was very nervous going into the dental office and in a great deal of pain. They went out of the way to make sure no pain was inflicted during my examination and were very sensitive to the pain I was in. The doctor preformed a procedure and I left pain free and found my new dentist! Thank you. Kevin R.
although I admit that going to the dentist is not my favorite event, my hygienist - Hiedi - is wonderful. She always has a smile and warmth for me. The nitrous and dvd's are a great bonus!
