The vets are very good and always friendly. They always know how to help your pet and are very understanding. I have attended this branch a few times for same-day appointments when my usual Hilsea branch was too busy. The only reason I give 4 stars is the waiting room. Unlike the waiting room in Hilsea, Emsworth has a small waiting room with no separate area for cats. This is especially troublesome for anxious cats, as there are a lot of dogs in the waiting area. Amazing. We have recently moved to Downland and the Care of our pets is far superior.
Had to use Downland in an emergency. Absolutely brilliant attentive service.
Brilliant all my animals are looked after and all the staff are wonderful and really caring and helpful
