Lovely vets, staff are always friendly. Always happy to give advice and care . Very compassionate when u lose a pet an after . Would highly recommend downlands over other vets .

Cannot fault the support and service from any of the vets, nurses or receptionists as all so friendly, caring and supportive. Only criticism is the new way of claiming insurance. Highly confusing and unclear of what is going on, what's paid for, what's due still. Cannot say thank you enough for looking after Florence and Archie so well
I couldn't be happier about the level of service and the professionalism of the staff.
