I just had a telephone consultation with Nurse Nicola having spoken to a very helpful Receptionist. I was given advise and reassurance at no cost. I feel alot more confident with the advise given as to how to help my newly adopted very stressed cat. I have registered with the practice and will be looking into joining the pet club. I am very grateful for the Proffesional help and support.
A big thank you to everyone, especially Emily, who took the time to research, help and answer all my questions despite not even being a customer. You guys went out of your way to help, and I really appreciate it!
Lovely staff . My cats have both been looked after really well. I have only praise for them. I would highly recommend this veterinary practice. 😊
I've used them for many years and experienced exceptional service from when they used to be foreman and Hannah and through to what they are now Downland, front of house staff and vets all appear to be animal lovers and very caring and happy to greet our furry family members, very compassionate when it comes to the awful part of pet ownership, probably the best I've seen.
Seems like a good well run vets. Pleasant staff and surgery.
