Disappointing Experience I had a frustrating experience with this surgery while trying to book appointments for my newborn. Communication was poor from the start, and I faced several issues. First, I attempted to schedule multiple appointments, but each time, I was either booked at the wrong surgery or had the appointments canceled on the day by the GP. I called to book an telephone consultation which was confirmed to be booked. It never happened. No one called me. I followed up and was told that I don't have an appointment and I haven't had one for months, as if I had made it up. I checked that no one else in my family got the call and I am certain that they just didn't bother to call me. No respect from the reception team.

This surgery has improved a great deal over past few weeks. Everyone seems to be doing their jobs properly.

Awful. You get ignored. When you complain you're treated like you're in the wrong. The merger hasn't improved anything. I'm going to do a formal complaint to someone who doesn't work at the surgery. I also have an nhs worker on my side. So they know the correct procedure to follow.
