John Cuskelly is the most ignorant sales representative on their staff. My girlfriend leased a Rav 4 there a few years ago. Today she tried to test drive a 2020 4 runner and all he wanted to do was push her out the door. He actually told her that she was holding him up for helping customers who want to buy cars. Her lease doesn't run out for a couple more months so she is trying to figure out what she wants by testing other types of cars. Looks like we will be going to Quirk or Darling's.
Very disappointing. My wife and I had a 9:15am appointment for a state inspection. At 10:15 I went to check on how much longer it was going to be. I was told that it would be another hour before it even went in the shop. What is the point of making an appointment if you have to wait two hours? When I asked what was taking so long I was told that they were behind schedule but no one told us that when we dropped off our car. Very disappointing, I guess we will take our business somewhere else.

Asked 4 times, one being in person, to have my navigation adjusted to recognize Maine in that I bought it out west. Showed up for my appointment and despite being reassured that it was on the work order, it was not on the work order.

Excellent service. Service doesn't fix anything on your vehicle unless it's necessary, and they keep you informed every step of the way!!!
You buy an expensive car, and when you bring it in for service and inspection it doesn't even pass a yr after you purchased it. The extended warranty protection plan you also bought doesn't even cover what's needed to fix it. Hmmmmmm.
Called to ask for a qoute to put evap canister on my Tacoma and unless I buy there super expensive parts they will not service my truck. I will never buy anything from this company ever again.
