Just purchased a 2018 Tacoma at Downeast Toyota. My 3rd truck I’ve bought there. It was a very pleasant, no pressure experience. The vehicles sell themselves, which must make it easier. If you go, ask for Steve Maker. He’s a good guy - real down to earth and helpful!
2 hours for an oil change and state inspection. Said that technicians had trainings. Maybe you shouldn't book appointments that you can't handle!
My husband and I are really very satisfied with the service at Down East Toyota. They have always treated us fairly and they bend over backwards to give us the best price available. We already have our next vehicle planned and we will be buying from here again. Fred and Lisa
I recently had AAA tow my 2007 Tundra into the service department at Downeast Toyota. It had issues that prevented the truck from running, (engine related) They discovered I had purchased an extended warranty that hadn't yet expired. The warranty covered everything and saved us a bunch of money. The prompt service had me on the road in less then two days. Thank you Downeast Toyota for everything your professionalism and great service. Dave Billings
