I've bought 2 brand new cars 5 years apart from Ilya at Downeast and will continue to buy from him throughout the remainder of his career. Wouldn't want to buy from anyone or anywhere else!
great place to do business
Ryan was a huge help in sealing the deal with my first ever Toyota Tacoma. His quick replies via email made for a great and quick sale! I would definitely recommend Ryan at Downeast Toyota to any friend or family member!

I can honestly say the customer service from the service dept was amazing . thank you for going above and beyond for me today.
Great service and you can’t beat Toyota’s warranty. Will continue to bring my vehicles here.
I got my first car with Downeast Toyota this spring and am so glad I did. Don Scott was awesome to work with. He was attentive, patient, and really went the extra mile. I went in today to get some last minute maintenance done on my car without an appointment, and they got me in immediately. The waiting room made the already short wait an enjoyable experience with free coffee and wifi. And, they offered a free car wash - very nice! So thankful for such amazing customer service. Thank you for taking good care of your customers... read more
