Last week I called the dealership at 7:45 am on a Monday morning to see if I could have my oil changed. Knowing Monday mornings are generally very busy for the service department combined with having not purchased my vehicle from the dealership, I was not sure if they could squeeze me in. Had the frame replaced in my 2006 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport under a recall last fall. I was provided with a nice SUV to use while the work on my truck was being done. Very pleased with this service.
Hats off to the DETAIL TEAM!! They did an unbelievable job! My truck was a mess.... road salt stains, coffee spills, over spray from bed liner installation, pet hair, etc. I feel like my 2010 Tundra is brand new! I called and scheduled an appointment to meet with the salesman (Won't say his name) to trade my GMC Sierra in towards a new Tacoma or Tundra. I arrived the day of the appointment 15 minutes early.
