Very disappointed by this service. Again this is through our factor & the quality of our garden has gone downhill. They haven’t even touched the hedges at all. They charge over £350 for running over grass.
DTE have been contracted to carry out work on our estate by our factors for the last two years. Over this time the standard of work has been very poor and we understand feedback from residents has repeatedly been shared with them around this. Despite this, there has been no improvement and an overall deterioration of the grounds in the estate, this is even with notes from our factors that they received direct acknowledgment from the owner the standard of work has been lacking.
