Disappointingly the manager has made a witness statement in a case that doesn’t involve the home and where my sister has stolen over £100000 of my dads money before he died. Also where a will has been fraudulently signed. Should have used your government records to suggest when I attended not your memory….you never worked weekends as your staff suggested, your to lazy to do so. I want to publicly say a huge thank you to ALL the staff at Downhall but especially Jo and Jackie who were with me when my dear Pops passed away on the 31st Juky 2022. Their empathy and comfort was unwavering and they will be forever in my thoughts. During his time he became well known and had a fantastic relationship with everyone. Louise was always so thoughtful and Karen was always at the end of the phone for any concerns . My mum still resides at the home and they continue to take fantastic care of her with her dementia.... read more
