We have never written a negative review before but I don't want any small business like us to have the same issues we have had. We use Dowlis to get our branded work wear & the service is always slow, the quality of the products have got worse over the years and you have 2-3 different people respond asking the same questions. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and unreasonably long lead times. I placed an order in July, and to this day I still do not have a clear ETA for shipment. Despite sending four emails and making one phone call, I only received a response after a month — and even then, there was no definite update on when my product would actually ship. Ordered products from HondaJet that were supplied through Dowlis Inspired Branding. The 2 tshirts arrived and fit good. The hoodie arrived and was mis-sized. Ordered an XL and the size received is at least a XXL or XXXL. I have notified Dowlis Inspired Branding about this several times over the last few weeks with absolutely NO response. Upset?
