Horrible place first few times boarding was ok...last time was horrific for us and my dog...
They are very caring and very professional.
Vet clinics need to quit with the “ hospital” mentality. Yes, vet clinic I get. But never, ever , take someone’s beloved pet to a back room. EVER. Not without their consent.... EVER!! Peeps know their pets better than you ever could, and you need to listen to the pet owners. I heard my old boy crying from the “back room” where I wasn’t allowed, while they inserted an IV for euthanasia. I’m sure I won’t be back with a living fur kid. Tho the vet was nice and sympathetic. They have been our vet for years, today my pupper had her first salon day with Wendy and she is beautiful and happy. I recommend Wendy to anyone who needs their pup clipped.
I've been dealing with DRVC for 12 years! Dr. Kelly Kays is not only a excellent veterinarian, she's very approachable and kind. I've never met a stranger inside this facility. I completely trust Dr. Kays and staff!
