I always get great service when I take my car in and the people are very friendly and nice.
Wouldn't recommend. Car came with one FOB, and had to insist on getting a second one. Had to drive to Kilgore to get the extra one made. Whole experience left a bad taste. Go to the Metroplex - it's worth the drive.
The best auto dealership I have ever dealt with in the 40 years of driving
I've been having a problem with my car's RPMS and transmission since about 20,000 miles. It acts like it's going to shoot me out into traffic sitting still, in drive, waiting to get into traffic . The RPMS accelerate to 7/8. Can't get them to fix it because they claim that because there is no warning, or signal detector on the dash, the diagnostic tester won't pick it up. Now it's out of factory warranty , it will cost me my 100.00$ deductible to use my extended warranty. I don't think I should have to pay to have it fixed. ... read more
