Bought my car from Dow over a year ago. I take it in for regular service. The service department guys are always great and recognize me as soon as i walk in.
I bought a vehicle from Dow a month ago. I received excellent customer service on that day and I still have since then. The process went a lot easier than I thought & didn't take long. I appreciate Taylor and Ray who worked hard to help things go in my favor. I highly recommend Mineola Dow to anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle.
Amazing customer service. They went out of there way to make sure they were able to get us the deal we were wanting. We will be buying from them from now on!!!!!
Anthony'Barber And the whole crew at Dow Autoplex are very helpful and friendly to me. Anthony did a great job finding and getting the exact car I was looking for. Thank you again for all your help!
I've bought my last 3 cars at Dow Autoplex in Mineola. They are a great group, never pushy, and always helpful. Anthony Barber was our salesman each time and is beginning to feel like family! I wouldn't think of buying a car anywhere else without checking with Anthony first !
