I went to Dow Autoplex in Pittsburg on October 20th at 11:00 am and walked out of there at 1:00 pm with a new truck for my husband and I. Adrian and Adam are great people to work with and made the complete experience easy and fast. I highly recommend them for your next purchase because they treat you like an old family friend.
I contacted the salesman Danny on a Friday afternoon looking for a truck for my daughter. He let me know that they had one like what I was looking for. Saturday afternoon around 2:00 I went to look at it. Danny had the truck pulled up and ready when I got there. Zack the GM came out and visited with me about the truck as well. Ray got the paperwork ready quickly and the deal was done in 2 hours. This was my second truck to purchase from Dow in Mineola. The customer service was excellent! Thank you all so much!
