Do not stand behind their word...when we bought our Tahoe we were told by the salesman we would be given an extra key, remote. Of course they didn't have an extra there, okay that is fine. BUT we were told they would get one since they didn't have it and would send it to us. Almost a year later, no key. We call today and now the salesman says it doesn't say that in the paperwork.

I had the best experience here with Mr. Danny! This is my first ever purchase, and he did his do diligence to find a vehicle that was good for what I needed! He knew that I drive back and forth from Lindale to Commerce for school and work, and knew I worked on a Ranch, so he found this Jeep for me! I recently purchased a used vehicle from DOW Autoplex and I have to say this was hands down the best, easiest, and to the point purchase of a used vehicle I’ve ever experienced. Ted Ackley was great, not too pushy, helped me find the deal I was looking for and worked with me to make the transaction as smooth and easy as possible. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out and ask for Ted.
My MIL bought a car from here. It left her stranded with only 3,000 miles on it. Customer service was awful. Not helpful to her at all .
I love their service. I take my vehicle in for oil change and they wash it afterwards. I have bought 3 cars and working on the 4th one as I type this. Salesman are great and the Financial guy is the best! He will do everything to find you the best financing, I know because I signed on a car 3 times because of him finding something better. Won't buy anywhere else.

Do not recommend this place customer service is great (service is not great) went in for an oil change and an Air filter change which they recommended my car was in perfect shape before i took it! I drove home and the next day my car had the Check engine light on! Took it back all they did was erase the light. Went back home the light came back took it back again and now they tell me the Air filter was not placed right! Which they could have fixed in the first place but decided not to.
