Made an appt for oil change & tires rotated. Was in and out in 1.25 hr. Even washed it & vacuumed! Friendly, great service!
Very unhappy with the way they handled business and I have texts that prove they were not forthcoming on the sale. They lost my sale for it. Thank God their are other dealerships.
I have bought several vehicles from Dow the people have been wonderful, but all I have had done is an oil change, now I have an issue that runs under bumper to bumper warranty. So its been there over a week and every time I call im told , oh yours is next on the rack, im not dumb they take the money jobs first and mine is getting shoved to the back. Ted contacted me immediately after I inquired about a vehicle online. That vehicle didn’t fit our needs so I ask him to keep looking for us. He worked tirelessly for two months and found us the idea vehicle that fit our needs! I highly recommend Dow to anyone looking for a dealer who will work for you! Ted’s your guy!
Yes I got a great device buying my truck But when I took it in to get service the service was very poor . I made an appt for a Thurday, a week in advance. Brought it in. Nothing from them Thursday or Friday. Called Friday at 5 . The service manger said they might look at it middle of next week. What the hell was the appt for? I do not recommend these people.
