I brought my car in to get new key fobs and be repainted. This place had my car for over a week and still managed to give me faulty key fobs as they did not check them before giving them back to me. Only to have me come in again and be rude to me wondering why I could not tell the difference between new and old key fobs that look the exact same. I drove from the Concord area just to get my car fixed....after talking to Jeremyboin the phone. Jeremy was so helpful, took the time to answer my questions before making my appointment with him.... I didn't get that from my local reps. I appreciated his patients and time...made my appointment. Chris was very helpful when I got there...treated me with respect, and didnt talk down to me. Both great guys to deal with! Great staff and I will be back again.
