They are very accomdating with appointment times...very thorough, always pleasant, a pleasure to deal with!
These guys have an extremely hard time covering warranty items. If they do cover it they will make you feel like you were a special case to deter you from bringing your vehicle back for the same issue. I have also tried talking to the finance manager about road hazard protection, I couldn't get ahold of him for 2 weeks. Once I did get ahold of him he said he would look into it and call me back, this was 2 months ago. Unacceptable. However, their sales team is very kind and knowledgable.
The Service Department staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
We had agreed on a price for a used chevrolet silverado, they had on the lot. I drove over 2 hrs to get there. Only to have them completly low ball me on my trade in. It was atleast $5000 below trade in value. I walked out of there immediately. To this day I get so upset about it, because I let them run a hard credit inquiry on my good credit. Which shows up on your credit report. All for nothing

I spent the afternoon at Dover Chevrolet hashing out a deal for a 2019 Colorado. I don’t know how those of you reading this feel about the process, but I do *not* enjoy it. Despite this, my sales person Nick Elliot made it all more than tolerable. Many dealerships claim to be above “the games” but this proved to be true, here. I use to think this was a great dealership but after they sold two vehicles I had made deals on I will never go back again. On both occasions I asked them if I could put a down payment on the vehicle because I was going to my bank to get the loan I was told no. After just one day I called and told them I had the loan both times they told me sorry we sold it today. I had previous bought 3 cars from them in 4 years.
