Well now, where do I start?? We purchased a dump truck from Dover Chevy back in March of this year to use for our business. Had to drive it back to NY on temporary NH plates, and a 3rd party company was supposed to do our registration and title work. We adamantly insisted that we do this ourselves with the NY DMV and let the dealer perfect the title, but they refused. Now we’re stuck waiting 5 months later for the correct class of license plates because the DMV screwed up. This all could have been avoided by letting me do wh... read more
I was a out of state buyer. The salesperson work hard. He sent me pictures and a video of the car and included every little stone chip and slight scratch. He was able to get me a great deal on the car. I was even putting a money down over the phone when it was discovered another salesperson sold the car about 10 min earlier. I was disappointed I did mot get the car but really appreciated all the effort
