Thank you so much Devon and Dover Chevy for going above and beyond with their service. My car was ready before expected, the prices were fair, Devon made sure I was well taken care of and they even dropped my car off knowing my son was sick and I couldn't make it out.
I bought a car from this place last year. I was lied to and deceived big time. It took me 10 months to sell the car that I bought from these ripoff artists, but I finally got rid of it. I'll never refer anyone to this place NOR the Auto Advisors who referred me to them.
Jamie in Sales made the experience of purchasing a new vehicle so positive and was wonderful to work with.
This place dose what it takes to get the job done I had a problem with a truck I just bought and they are taking care of it for me at no cost I'm impressed with there level of service I would recommend this place to anyone that is in the market to buy a new vehicle!!!
At the risk of sounding cliche, I have to say that right from the "get-go" this team has gone the "extra mile" to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase! From Steve our sales rep, Dave in finance and Chris and Devon in the Service Department. We have been treated as a valued customers -and that's only after one week of owning our vehicle! Great Service from the start when Chris scheduled my appointment and listened to what my issue was. When I dropped off my Corvette the night before my appointment ; Chris put it inside for the night (nice surprise touch). The service technician (also Chris) did a great job! Great overall experience! I'll be back again!
service techs are polite and professional. the appt was a little longer than expected, but the computer was having issues, not the fault of the service dept..
I emailed them about a truck, price listed on website 42000. I got a return email that stated the actual price was 12 grand more for that vehicle and they would be happy to show me something with less options.. I then emailed and told them it was bad businesses to misrepresent price and was told they do not post their prices for vehicles online GM does and they can't change the price.. Contacted GM they wrote dealerships are independently owned and set their own prices.. be careful of the bait and switch, with them!!
