Phoned the TMO yesterday to report a waste/sewage problem.They phoned back today and sent Ian the plumber to investigate.He had all of the issues sorted in no time.The only cost was a cup of coffee.Keep up the good work guys 👌👌 4/8/25 Ian yet again repaired our problem in 10 minutes.I phoned the TMO at 9:30 and he was here by 11:30!!Brilliant service and Ian is a top man as ever!! Thank you all!!👍👍
Ian came out to fit new taps in my bathroom very polite and helpful on advice about other repairs that need doing.
Repair service is excellent , I had Ian come to fix the shower , when he arrived I mentioned a broken shower rail and he went the extra mile to fix it , left me with a great shower , steady rail , great energy and even remember to cover his feet without being asked , excellent customer service and excellent results. Super happy !!! Thank you Ian for all your help!!!
