Just finished purchasing our new car at Strong VW in Salt Lake. We worked with Matt, and he was incredibly helpful and patient. I very much appreciated his no pressure approach to car sales. I would definitely contact Matt again in the future if we need another VW. Overall, very happy with the experience at Strong, as everyone was polite and the new showroom was very well done. Would definitely recommend.

Fast, professional service! Purchased our first Volkswagen and had a very good experience. There were a few things that our vehicle needed and Green stepped up to the plate and took care of everything in a timely manner! Was very impressed with their customer service, which means everything. If you do not get good dependable customer service to back up your purchase then you've wasted your time and money. i love my 2016 mazda3 hb manual. simon kim has been helping me care for her, whether it be my maintenance visits or any other concerns/issues i've had. simon is always pleasant, professional and attentive. he checks me in at my scheduled time, knows i'm waiting and keeps me posted on time left on work. he kindly accepts any discount coupons i bring with, which i very much appreciate. I went to the autobarn a couple days ago to trade in my car and get a newer one. Everyone was very nice. I personally know the GM Vic, he gave me a great deal on a '15 VW Passat. And my salesman Yoram was just as great helping me with test driving, and papers. It was my best experience when buying a car, I highly recommend coming here to buy your next. They have 2,000 cars to chose from!
I have been in 3 seperate times with a pre approval in hand and ready to buy a car listed online for $11,200. I kept getting ridiculous quotes, twice I was quoted at $18,000 out the door. One guy told me the online price was for a lease only, when I was looking for a Certified Pre-Owned with 30,000 miles? I don’t think so. I drove 5 hours to this dealership to buy a car on their website after calling several times and them not being willing to deal on the phone. When I got there they told me they ‘sold’ the car last night and tried to get me to buy another car. It’s been on the website for weeks And is still on the website. This is false advertising and against the law. If they are willing to break the law so blatenly, I would not trust them on any level. Stay away!! Not worth your time.
