My experience at Douglas VW was AWESOME!!My sales person, Irene Peixoto, will be the only person I purchase a Vehicle from. When I came to Douglas last year needing a car I had a recent repo and was nervous and affraid to be rejected. She got me financed with a 2013 Impala without a hitch. I dealt with Nick Malanga and was very happy with my new car experience.
Try are unable to follow up their sales with the proper level of service, I would not purchase or bring a vehicle there for follow up service
Most of the decent individuals who worked at Douglas have left. With the exception of Kim & Dave. If I need to get anything done CORRECTLY, I just reach out to Kim and it is done. The last thing you want is that you take your car to a dealership and worry about then doing a good job. To ad - I now live in North Brunswick and bring my car to Douglas because I know it will be taken care of. The 5 stars is for the two individuals that I can rely on. If I had an option I would give the dealership and management 3 stars
WARNING!! DO NOT BUY A FROM THIS DEALER These guys seem to post a lot of fake reviews. I was enticed by their 2014 Labor Day weekend specials on VW Jetta. I was currently leasing a VW Passat and the lease was nearly up, so I decided to take a 3 years lease with Douglas VW and since I was a repeat VW customer I expected the standard trade-in benefits of mileage and wear & tear.
