I came in with a big issue an although they couldn't solve the issue they were honest upfront and offered me the solutions that they could do for me..ended up leasing a brand new passat and I've never been happier..I will def be going back when my lease is up

Although all of Douglas employees were extremely friendly I had the best experience today with Irene Peixoto. I have been shopping for two weeks for a SUV. Me and my husband kept getting the same story of "You just brought a house and a truck and now you want another." Today we ended that search with a 2012 Chevy SUV. Overall the greatest experience possible. My husband and i came to Douglas Volkswagen to look at an used 2013 sport car with a few miles. We were greeted by Simon Krugly, and he took us on a test drive and was very nice and not pushy at all during the entire process.
