I have had very bad experiences of shopping cars there, the whole teams are not honest and try to get u buy their cars in threaten and tricky ways. The first experience is I got my 2010 jetta with a lease agreement In 2010. They gave me a demo car with already more than 3000 miles on it. I ended up paying 460 dollars a month with three year lease contract. They even list the same price of brand new car on the agreement. An all-around great dealership; had got my first Golf there so I knew where I was going to get a new one. And glad I went there again! This isn't a bad dealership, in fact, it was pretty good until my visit today. I purchased my vehicle with a lifetime oil change card that was non-cancellable and would not expire--as it was a LIFETIME oil change card. The card itself explains on the back that it only stops working when you sell your vehicle or get a new one. This being said, I've had no problems in the past, they accepted it and they did good work and were kind to me. Wow. I was so surprised at how professional this place is. I worked with Adam Findley and he was so professional and knowledgeable. I’m usually skeptical about going into dealerships for service, but my experience here gave me the confidence to want to make this place my go to shop whenever I have an issue with my VW. Justin Pizzi was incredibly helpful, dedicated, and resourceful at assisting me with getting my credit application approved. I had 0 credit history in the US as I had just finished graduate school and had a trying time convincing dealers to get me a good lease deal on my car. I dealt with Norma and left sitting around for long periods wasting time, not to mention they showed me a dirty SUV. I had a pre approval and went there explaining I did not want my credit ran again and wanted to use my deal only. I was told by Norma this was ok and they needed stubs and then i could sign paperwork. Left sitting so long I had to go and was told i could come tomorrow and sign the documents.
