I've bought one, and leased one car from Douglas Motors. Both sales (Nick) and service (Brian) are top notch. I don't like being "sold to", and have never felt I was. Service is clean and courteous, and they even wash your car for free, and provide snacks while you wait for your car. As a woman, I often feel uncomfortable dealing with repair shops, but NEVER have felt uncomfortable here. Take my word for it, you will not be sorry you bought or leased from Douglas.
I purchase a nice car today and the service I received from Irene was superb. she wasn't even my original sales person but took me on last minute anyway. Irene had patience with me and the bank and in the end it all worked out even though my original sales men Dave came and he was also superb she continued to help him help me . Hopefully she gets part of the commission because they both were great and I would recommend this dealer to anyone...

After trips to a few dealerships my quest to lease my first new car seemed to be hopeless. Every place wanted to get me into a car, at their price without concern or regard for mine. Of course these prices were fair for a fully optioned top-of-the-line vehicle offered by each respective maker.
