Jordan was great. He was really professional, organized and respectful. He helped us understand the issues he found throughout the repair, and gave us a lot of tips for maintenance. Despite the issues with dispatch, I would call Roto Rooter again thanks to the great service we received.
Alex was awesome, he did a great job and gave us a decent price for the job. We will be needing more work done but that will be planned on Monday. Thank you your team got us out of a tight spot.
