They shipped the car without papers, every day saying we overnight the papers, dealer manager was rude and refused to give us the papers tracking. don't deal with them

According to the tracking number which you were provided, you received the paperwork shortly before you posted this. There were two reasons for the slight delay: 1. you paid with an out of state check instead of wiring the funds. 2. There was an ice storm near your home state that delayed Fedex.

Lets just start by saying what a great dealership this location is!! The facilities are very clean and following all precautions to keep us and themselves safe!!! Very helpful in the car buying process! Specifically Salesman Noah Bagoly, he went leaps and bounds beyond the call of his job to get us into the jeep of our dreams. Every single obstacle or challenge we faced he solved with a smile and ease. Definitely ask for him when you stop by for all your Jeep needs! Can’t say enough nice things!

Brought Jeep Wrangler in and told service to install a new PCV. They said they would run a diagnostic and any work done would be applied to service for the charge. Told them to install PCV, waited all day to tell me it was ready. Showed up and nothing done as I instructed them. They said PCV was not leaking. I never said it did. It was causing the leak. They wanted to change auxiliary oil cooler for $972 and replace a leaky axle seal for $1000 plus . Was totally pissed but just paid and left. I had brought Jeep in several ti... read more
