My wife and I bought a brand new 2021 ******* R/T from a separate dealer. Never had any issues until now. The car overheated , was leaking oil from the valve cover, and left us stranded on the skyway bridge 1.5 hours from home. Had ***tow us to the closest dealer to our home, which was Douglas in Venice. The service department at this dealership is not want the corporation expects from them.I stopped to have my air conditioning on my 2014 grand Cherokee looked at on February 14. The service person asked if I could leave my car for a couple days before they could look at it. I informed the service manager no I couldnt. It's been 2 1/2 years since ***** wrote his review on 9/30/20 and it seems the business practice remains the same.On 2/22/23 I inquired about a truck listed on their website. I specifically wanted to understand which discounts I wouldn't qualify for and the fees that would be charged. I was initially told that I would qualify for all the discounts.
