Barry was great. I called him up and asked to see a specific vehicle. I came in the next day and it was ready to go. They had it fueled and detailed it. Barry and the finance manager crunched some numbers and we were able to make it work. Very impressed with Douglas CJDR and their staff. Will certainly consider going back for the next one.

Recently purchased a ‘21 1500 Ram Limited. Over all great experience. Bam was our sales rep and he was great! He was very knowledgeable, caring, and was fully invested in getting us in the vehicle we wanted at the right price. 2014 ram 1500 4wd.. took it in for warranty work, 3 weeks later had oil change and noticed I was missing my front drive shaft!! Called service mgr. excuse was 1 mechanic took it apart and another put it back together, he said he figured I had taken it off?? New drive shaft was ordered, a week later I took it in to have installed. Got hone took a look underneath to see they didn’t replace the drive shaft rear boot..
