100% great service. Paul, my salesman, was a great help! he listened to what I wanted. he didn't try to sell me what I didn't want - sounds silly but I had just left another dealership for trying to sell me exactly what I didn't want. the entire staff was helpful and patient. being it was a weekend, I had to return Monday to fill out the paperwork for the bank. the deal was exactly as promised 2 days prior, no gimmicks - no stress! Barry was great. I called him up and asked to see a specific vehicle. I came in the next day and it was ready to go. They had it fueled and detailed it. Barry and the finance manager crunched some numbers and we were able to make it work. Very impressed with Douglas CJDR and their staff. Will certainly consider going back for the next one.
