Because of the service we received while in FL. Car broke down,tow to Douglas on Thursday 8:00 a m ,never got it back until 3:00 pm on Saturday! The only good thing is they got a rental car in about 20 minutes! We were heading home, so we had to stay in motel for two nights,did not count on that!!
