You could improve by not lying to customers. The Navigation system broke down on us while we were on the road. My husband's truck is 2019 Dodge Laramie truck. We took it out there and was told a whole new unit had to be put in the truck and it had to be ordered. Its been so long since he took it to be repaired so he called to find out what was taking so long. He was told by Ron (I think thats his name) that the Radio/ navigation system was in. My husband couldn't make it in on Tuesday as he works 12 hour days beginning 12 mi... read more
