Quite time consuming, was quoted a lease price on a jeep I said it was to high and they cut it 25 percent, I hate the games the finance manager plays. When leaving it took almost an hour for the lease mgr. to figure out the paperwork. It took me from 10:00AM to 3:00 PM to close a lease. My salesman did a great job as usual and the only reason I come back to this dealership. From agreeing on a vehicle to leaving the dealership you have a lot of problems.
Karen is an amazing saleswoman. She is friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. The service department is timely and guarantees their work. I am SO glad that I bought a Jeep here!!!

Very helpful and took great care of my 2017 300c. They fixed my oil belly pan cover and rotated my tires while giving an oil change. They have no idea how much it made my day great, cried happy tears when I left. I was quoted 150-200 bucks for a new belly pan elsewhere and they just fixed mine. I’m so thankful, I’ll be back! God bless all the staff that helped me and my 6 month old son yesterday on Dec. 13, 18. Xoxo

They go above and beyond for their customers! I recently purchased my new used car from them and it didn't come with any floor mats, they ordered some in for me...before I even had the chance to ask. Most recently, I had a minor car repair...the anti-freeze reservoir had a crack in it and of course it has to happen around the holidays when money's a little tight.
