Yesterday we bought a 2018 Pacifica Hybrid Touring L after an internet search and getting our questions promptly answered by email from manager Joe Keilholz. We appreciated the no nonsense, no gimmick, no pressure style working with salesman Steve McBeth and and Joe. Steve took time to go through the vehicle thoroughly and explained how to use and set the electronics that were new to us, having replaced an 8 year old Dodge Grand Caravan. We highly recommend seeing Steve for your next new car.
