Our experience at Douglas today was awesome, can't say enough about Mathew and Jim. Steve took the time to show me some great trucks on a prior visit as well and they were all extremely professional, friendly and patient. Mathew even gave my daughter HIS bag of chips before we even started talking vehicles and stayed well after closing to complete the deal.
