Dr.Rastetter and his team are absolutely the best! Over the weekend I lost a filling between my two front teeth. On Sunday I call to inform Kelly and Kathy on a message. Monday morning I had a phone call from Kelly asking what the issue was and more specificity. Two hours later I was in the chair in 15 minutes later all was well. I don’t know how you can top that. The folks at Douglas Dental always go the extra mile. They even made time to fix a problem that was not part of the regular dental appointment. I greatly appreciate not having to make an extra appointment!!
Since we were out of state bicycling when crown came off, I emailed for an appointment upon return. Time was made available & repair completed that day. This is not the 1st time I've needed their services between regular appointments. Always courteous, accommodating, informative.
I had a chipped tooth and was able to get into the office the next to have it fixed. The visit went smoothly, the results excellent. Everyone is friendly at this office. Highly recommend Dr. Rastetter!
If you need a dentist, this is the place to go take care of your teeth needs. I never thought I would actually like going to the dentist, but this team makes me look forward to seeing all the staff.....So personable and yet very professional.
The Staff at Douglas Dental always greets you with a smile! You can only see their upper face at this time because of masks, but a person's eyes tell a lot as well. And because of their professional service, if you didn't enter with a smile, you will leave with one! Very family friendly! If you haven't smiled in awhile give Douglas Dental a try! It feels good!
I have been a patient of Dr. Rastetter for many years. Dwight is a perfectionist in his dental field and he always insures that the procedure is done exactly right. I know it doesn’t come any better than that! I greatly appreciate his emergency service he performed on May 19 2021. My gratitude for Dr. Rastetter and his TEAM goes beyond the stars! Everything from scheduling to general niceness. Front desk awesome. Hygienist really took the time with me. Doctor addressed a stain on one tooth and shined it out and took the time to evaluate a painful tooth. A+
