This was my first visit. I was very, very pleased with the efficiency of the staff, the friendliness of everyone, and the honesty and concern shown by Dr. Rasstetter. I am very happy to have found a new dentist.
I can't tell you how many different hygienist I have been through. but with my terrible gag reflex I keep getting handed of from one to the next. and chewed out by them all. You don't brush right, you down't floss Blah Blah Blah. so I moved on to another unsuspecting dentist. Douglas Dental it was closer to where I live my wife goes there with the kids. so why not. We always enjoy our visit. It was as quick as could be expected for so many patients, the staff is always friendly and does a good job!
I like everyone at the office they are super nice and caring. They have helped me get over my fears of going to the dentist, I would encourage anyone that needs a dentist to go to Douglas Dental.

I have been a Douglas Dental patient for 20+ years. During that time I've had cavities filled and old cracked fillings replaced. Based on the experiences of my siblings (none of whom live in Des Moines and thus cannot avail themselves of the great care I've received), I think our family's teeth need a lot of maintenance.
