Your staff members were cheerful, positive and helpful. Dr. Rastetter was congenial and helpful as he explained the treatment plan very well. I appreciate the fact that he is conservative and doesn't just extract teeth irresponsibly but saves as many as he can. I have already referred a friend to your office.
Going to the dentist ranks as one of my top things I don't like to do, however, since I have to do it, then I wouldn't go to anyone else but Douglas Dental. Their customer service is fantastic! All of them make you feel at ease and make you feel as if you are a special customer.
My husband and I just had our 6 month checkup with Dr. Rastetter and the Dental Douglas team and always feel like family when we walk in. They are friendly, caring people who always go out of their way to make you comfortable and welcome. Dr. Rastetter takes wonderful, pain free care of you and always takes time to listen to your concerns/questions. We highly recommend them for your dental care.

The staff is personable and my teeth have never shined brighter. They do a great job and are extremely knowledgeable in their field. I trust them completely with all my dental needs. From the dentist to the receptionist it is always a great experience.
