This is how a dental office is suppose to work! Staff and Dr. made me feel at ease right away. Questions were asked if I was experiencing any problems. An exam is done by Dr. Rastetter, then he explains exactly what needs to be done, if anything to repair my teeth. He explains it in everyday language so it is easy to understand. I went for my regular dental cleaning with Kelly. Going to the Denist for anything, even a routine cleaning, is not my favorite thing to do. But everyone there works hard to put you at ease and they do an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone!
I have been a patient at Douglas Dental for several years. The staff is very professional and also very friendly! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new dentist.
Not only did I get clear instructions for after my tooth removal, I was also emailed instructions moments after my procedure. Which turned out to be very helpful.
Dr. Rastetter and his staff are truly outstanding in every sense of the word. He has been my dentist for the past 14 years and not without good reason. Jane and the rest of the staff are thorough and competent in all that they do.

The dental hygienist was kind and made conversation the entire time making the cleaning go by quickly. Very easy office to work with. Dentist did a great job re-doing my filings that my previous dentist did poorly.
All was very, very good!
